About WIN – Women’s Integration Network
Building connections. Creating opportunities. Helping immigrant women thrive.
Women’s Integration Network (WIN) is a Massachusetts nonprofit created to support immigrant women as they build their lives, careers, and communities in the United States.
We believe that immigration should not mean starting over alone.
WIN brings women together to find resources, build professional and personal connections, develop new skills, and access opportunities that can help them move forward with confidence.
Through community, mentorship, education, professional development, networking, and access to resources, we aim to make the process of integrating into a new community less overwhelming and more empowering.
What We Do
WIN connects immigrant women with:
- Community & Connection — creating a welcoming network where women can meet, share experiences, and support one another.
- Resources & Guidance — helping women find reliable information and services available in Massachusetts.
- Professional Development — supporting career growth, workplace skills, English learning, and professional confidence.
- Mentorship & Networking — creating opportunities to connect with professionals, mentors, employers, and other women.
- Education & Workshops — providing practical learning opportunities that support personal and professional growth.
- Opportunities — connecting women with programs, events, partnerships, and pathways that can help them achieve their goals.
Our Vision
We envision a Massachusetts where immigrant women are not only able to navigate their new communities, but are connected, confident, economically empowered, and able to fully contribute their talents and experiences.
Our Belief
Your journey doesn’t have to be walked alone.
WIN is a community built by women, for women — because sometimes the most important opportunity begins with simply knowing someone who can help you find the next step.
